The Market Supervision Bureau of Tongzhou District, Nantong, has strengthened the risk control of special equipment during the flood season, requiring enterprises to focus on inspecting the waterproofing of elevator pits and the anti-wind devices of outdoor cranes, and establishing a "list assignment + cancellation and rectification" mechanism to strictly prevent paper-based rectification. The Haimen Port New District has carried out special inspections during the high-temperature and flood season, simulating scenarios such as crane power failure and boiler overpressure to test emergency response capabilities, and urging enterprises to upgrade drainage facilities and assign dedicated personnel for patrols. The tightening of policies has driven enterprises to improve the "hardware protection + personnel training + plan drills" system.
